Nothing but positive things to say about Gilbert Self Storage! I rented multiple units from them for a period of 6 months during our move. They gave me a tour of available units so I could get an idea of the size, and rented one within 10 minutes. Few weeks later, I needed a climate controlled unit and they rented me one at a 10% discount due to me renting multiple units. 2 weeks before my move out of the house but a month before leaving the state, I needed to rent 1 more climate controlled unit, and they were gracious enough to not charge me a full month, and waived all the admin fees. P.S they usually don't give you prorated rent amount on the way out of unit but only on your move in BUT since I've been a customer for almost 6 months and have multiple units they allowed pro-rated rates on both months. That really shows that they go above and beyond for their customers!!! I'd use them if I could for all my storage needs. P.P.S..units are clean and the grounds are secure!

Some of the most amazing service. Very friendly and helped me pick the right size unit with a great price. I will not go anywhere else.

We have been here for years. The owners and the people that work here are all very nice and helpful. The place is clean, they have security cameras and great access through two gates. A great place to store your camper, boat and whatever else you have.
